Refund policy
We can refund payments for the month even after the initiation of classes for that specific month if the student decides to stop the classes, we do this unconditionally without any preconditions for the refund.
Complaints
We take a proactive approach in this regard, our QA department reqularly contacts our esteemed students to gauge their satisfaction level and assertain if they are totally satasfied.
Cancellations policy
You can cancel your subscription by giving a notice 1 month beforehand.
Public Holidays:
Our fees are charged on a monthly basis and the hadya of the fees is fixed beforehand.
Payment of Fee:
We charge advance payments at the start of each month by furnishing an invoice for the fee
